At Primrose Awnings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor shade solution. If your purchase isn't perfect, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack Your Awning
Carefully repack the product in its original shipping materials, ensuring all mounting hardware, remotes, and instruction manuals are included.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
